In the training proper, BSP provide a financial literacy training wherein they provide lectures on saving, budgeting and regarding consumer protection for the participants. DTI also provide lectures on starting a business and how to be an entrepreneur. This training and lectures given from the different government agencies can help the spouse and dependents of AFP-PNP to use wisely the money that they got from Special Finance Assistance (SFA). TESDA provide skills training for food processing and lectures on how they can enhance and benefit in their skills.

The capacity building is not all about lectures and seminar on how they can improve theirselves as dependent/spouse of the AFP-PNP KIA/WIA but a group of people who shares their stories and making them as one how are willing to help each other in times of sorrow. Bringing up a group like this making them help and depend on each other as they have the same fate. This program of DILG will be a stepping stone for the dependent/spouse of the AFP-PNP KIA/WIA to start a new life, a life that their love ones risk to protect and build for our country.
